There are two switches on the front of the smoke box. They control the smoke and the type of power you are running. The wires to the switches are long enough to accommodate my smoke box extension. The smoke stack was assembled from the pieces you see above. The insert inside the smoke stack fit neatly into the brass tube and the whole assembly fits nicely to the flange on top of the smoke box. All that remains for the smoke stack is the fluted top. At this point I still haven't decided how I am going to fabricate the top piece or what I am going to fabricate it from.
I decided to use some left over sycamore veneer to make the cabin from. My plans are to stain it to look like koa and use a clear satin gloss finish.
